You are not in a “one or the other” position; whatever the options are, you are currently dealing with a way to make both happen, while not compromising yourself unduly.
Kolga tells you to be aware of new emotions (often about old situations) coming to the surface and coloring your decisions. This could be positive—remembering your long-ago desire to write a book, or make a living with your creative skills—or challenging, such as being reminded of childhood disappointments and hurts. Whatever the feelings are, let yourself experience them fully and come to terms with them and then make your decision from a place of calm.
