The Giants’ Tarot, Raven Kaldera
Draw for March 27, 2017
Active Influence: Hrungnir/7 of Wands
Rune: Uruz/Strength
Hidden Influence: Gefjon/Ace of Coins
Make good choices about where to focus your time and energy today. Your strength is best directed to your own projects and plans. Others will try to distract you with arguments, and try to convince you that their agenda is really your work to do.
Set a clear boundary (remember that Gefjon plowed the province of Zeeland from the mainland—you may need to do something similar, in a metaphorical way) and use your resources for your own work.

The Giants’ Tarot, Raven Kaldera
Draw for March 26, 2017
Active Influence: Suttung/Six of Coins
Rune: Eihwaz/Protection
Hidden Influence: Mordgud/Judgment
Things continue to happen behind the scenes and beyond your reach. Focus on what you can do, and on practical actions you can take to move closer to your goals. Be careful about trusting people today—a new friend who seems too good to be true may very well be a wily serpent. Listen to advice, but make your own decisions.

The Giants’ Tarot, Raven Kaldera
Draw for March 25, 2017
Active Influence: Jormundgand/The World
Rune: Teiwaz/Justice (reversed)
Hidden Influence: Bylgja/Three of Cups
Things beyond your control are happening, and all you can do is let them happen. They may seem not to make sense, they may seem unfair, but you do not yet have the whole picture. Be patient, and know that you will find out in time.
Enjoy what is good today while it is here, and take pleasure where you find it. Make plans for tomorrow, and remember to plan one nice thing for yourself, no matter how small.

The Giants’ Tarot, Raven Kaldera
Draw for March 24, 2017
Active Influence: Utgard-Loki/Emperor
Rune: Wolfsangel/Hook
Hidden Influence: Aegir/King of Cups
External demands on your time and attention feel particularly onerous and oppressive, but you must address them in a responsible and timely manner. Aegir repeats His role as the Hidden Influence from yesterday, urging you to be honest with yourself about your emotional state. While no one enjoys feeling stuck, trapped, or unhappy, these feelings can give you important information about what is not working in your life, and ideas for making positive changes. Take care of your responsibilities, take care of yourself, and take some time to consider your life.
